          3. NOTES.

          Note 1. Class I data should be as of the same day and time as
          the LOGSTAT Report. If it is the same, state "same". If it is
          not the same# indicate date and time of data.

          Note 2. Base on a coordinated logistic/personnel'staft input.
          Indicate in parenthesis significant near term population
          increases/decreases.
          Note 3. Identtfy any existing or potentially significant
          sustairment problems. If problem(s) noted, specify anticipated
          mission impact, locations affected, status of corrective action
          (to include estimated get-well.date), and assistance needed, if
          any. Continue to report on status daily until each problem is
          satisfactorily resolved.

          Note 4. Provide separate input for B rations, meals ready to
          eat (MRE), long range patrol (LRP) ration, etc.

          Note S. Provide on-hand quantity of meals at ration
          distribution point(s). Round off to the nearest thousand meals.
