d. Use of Logistic Incident Report. incidents that
criticaify- impair a commander's effectiveness should be
reported immediately, using the Logistic Incident Report (TAB B
to this Appendix). An incident is considered critical if
logistic support is impaired to the extent that it directly and
immediately constrains a major combat operation. Follow on
reporting on the same incident may be done using the LOGSTAT
report.
