corrective actions underway, and assistance needed# if any.
When Part II is to be submitted, this detailed information
should be included under each appropriate data section.
(1) The assessment normally will address significant
issues, as deemed appropriate by the commanders in the
following areast
(a) Class I - Subsistence and sundry packs.
(b) Class II - Clothing, individual, and
administrative equipment.
(c) Class III Petroleum, oils, and lubricants
(POL).
(d) Class IV Construction material, to-include
host nation material support.
(e) Class V - Ammunition.
(f) Class Vil Major end items.
(g) Class Vill Medical material..
('h) Class IX - Repair parts.
(i) Transportation/mobility support.
(j) Engineer support.
(k) Water supply support.
(2) Field service support - bath/shower, laundry,
billeting, salvages etc.
(3) Comments in Part I of the LOGSTAT report that
address the general status of Class 111, Class Vill, boat
nation support, and transportation/mobility issues do not
relieve commands from submitting more specific reports in
these areas, as required by this Annex.
b. Data Sections. In addition to the co=ander's
assessment, report will include specific supply data sections
as required* on an exception basis, by USARCENT. Data will be
reported for a specified period, in accordance with one or more
of the formats in Exhibits 1-6# to provide USARCENT detailed
information on an area or areas of special interest. During
contingencies, commanders should be prepared to provide this
information on 72 hours notice. Exercise requirements for data
sections will be prescribed in the specific USARCENT exercise
