             (1) CENTCOM planning is conducted IAW the JOPS.

             (2) HQ, TUSA is responsible for coordinating ARCENT
         requirements with HODA# CENTCOM, HO FORSCOM, and other
         force components.

             (3) All ARCENT Transportation planning requirements
         will pass through and be coordinated by HQ, TUSA.

             (4) HQ, TUSA develops policy, establishes priorities,
         and allocates resources. Operational planning will be
         performed by the functional operators.

             (5) HQ, TUSA will be the primary Army representative
         during the time phased force deployment data refinement
         process, and as necessary will task ARCENT operators to
         participate.
