         2221          Received call from SSG Ellision saying       Olson
                       they received call from JSRC saying go
                       to MOPP 1. Notified LTC Pierson and CPT
                       Wilson.

         21 Jan 91     Called JSRC to find out why lst EOD GP       Olson
         0045          had not been notified of the all clear
                       after the earlier attack. They said
                       they did not notify individual units.
                       They said MOPP level was now zero.

         0050          Received a call from CPT Smith that we       Olson
                       were now at MOPP level 4. About 20
                       seconds later we heard several
                       explosions that should have been Patriot
                       launches. Notified LTC Pierson and SSG
                       Moore of MOPP level changes.

         0140          Received MOPP down grade to level 2 from     Olson
                       SFC Siebe, 74th. The 74th is responding
                       to an impact about 3 miles from Eskan.

         0210          SFC Siebe called to notify of MOPP 4.        Budzinski
                       Called MSG Bleshoy and SSG Moore

         0227          SFC Siebe called to down grade to MOPP       Olson
                       2. Called MSG Bleshoy and SSG Moore.

         0248          Received a call from G-3 on a misfired
                       patriot. Gave them the number for the
                       74th EOD.

         0255          Received a call from MAJ Nivins O&I at       Olson
                       ARCENT (7806-702/6). F battery 343 at
                       airport has a misfire. TACS number for
                       the battery is 8294-810. STU III is
        476-3444 ext 2676. Called and passed
                       the word to CPT Smith to call the
                       battery.
