                  f. (U) All water will be considered non-potable unless
              approved by unit surgeon or treated by field sanitation team
              personnel.

                  g. (U) Unusual occurrence of disease and the remedial
              actions taken will be reported promptly to the XVIII Abn Corps
              Surgeon through command channels.

              7. (U) DENTAL SERVICES. Routine dental care will not be
              provided in the AO. Emergency dental care will be available
              from EAC medical facilities.


              8. (U) MEDICAL SUPPLY.

                  a. (U) Hospitals will separate and inventory
              non-expendable DEPMEDS and MUST equipment and transport all
              equipment to RAA'S.

                      (1) (U) Active component units will reconstitute
              DEPMEDS sets with Condition Code (CC) A expendable supplies less
              note R & Q narcotics, medical gases and all special handling
              items such as refrigerated or flammable items, blood and blood
              products.

                      (2) (U) Reserve component units will reconstitute
              DEPMEDS with CC A expendable supplies less narcotics, medical
              gases, special handling items, blood products and potency dated
              items.

                  b. (U) Units will return all cross-leveled equipment to
              its original unit.

                  C. (u) Units will turn-in air evacuation support equipment
              to 32d MEDSOM.

                  d. (U) Units will redeploy with at least 100% stockage of
              CC A Class VIII expendable supplies and should retain excess
              supplies to the limits of transportation availability.

                      (1) (U) Note R and Q narcotics and Chemical Agent
              Nerve Antidote (CANA) will be turned-in by MSC's at 32d MEDSOM
              at KKMC.

              KKMC or at the FSP at LOGBASE CHARLIE while it is still
              operational.

                      (3) (U) Units will coordinate directly with 32d MEDSOM
              prior to turn-in of supplies.
