           9. (U) EVACUATION.

               a. (U) The primary means of evacuation is by unit organic
           vehicles.

               b. (U) Air evacuation of urgent category patients will be
           requested through the supporting EAC hospital.

           10. (U) HOSPITALIZATION. Units will be supported by EAC
           hospitals on an area basis.

           11. (U) REPORTS.

               a. (U) Medical reports identified in XVIII Abn Corps FSOP
           are not required during Operation DESERT FAREWELL.

               b. (U) Ist COSCOM will report the departure of medical
           units to the Corps Surgeon's Office.
