                'The shower must be able to be set up and delivering hot water
                within three minutes of arrival at the scene.

          4, Portable

                *The entire shower unit and all of its associated equipment
                and fittings must be contained in one package which must be
                easily carried by one fire fighter.
                *The above package must weigh no more than 45 pounds,

          5. Ease of Use

                *The shower unit must be easy to operate with a minimum of
                operator controls.
                *The pump must be self priming.
                *The heater must be pilotless.
                *The shower unit must come with operator training included,

                *The shower unit must be able to operate on its own battery, a
                iP volt vehicle battery or a 110 volt AG current.
                'The heater must be able to be powered by either a small LPG
                cylinder in its case or by a larger external cylinder,
                *The water must be able to be taken from virtually any source
                (a bucket, a hose, a drainage ditch, etc.)
                *The  hose fittings must be industry standard to allow the unit
                to be attached to other shower mechanisms.

                use.
                *The  electronics must be protected by a circuit breaker.
                *The  unit must have adequate filters and strainers so that,  if
                water is being taken from a source like a drainage ditch or a
                pond, the unit will not become clogged or damaged.
