RE: Portable field personnel shower systems

                 Dear Lt. Col. S@elecki:

Enclosed is the information on the portable decon hot water systems that we
spoke of today. As you will see, the "Hot Dog" line is the only completely
portable hot water systems in the World. It can completely replace the trailer
mounted M-17, 15, ajid 13 units for personnel showers or decontamination. In
short, these units can turn any water source into a pressure system in under two
                 minutes.

The specs are divided into three products:

                 1. The "Flot Dog". Portable hot / cold water system. This is the unit in wide, use
in the Hazmat / fire fighting industry. It is also in used on some military bases
and there are currently 15 units in Saudi Arabia through Fort Benning,
                 P. The "Hot Dog 2". Same functionally as the "Hot Dog" but has 50%/higher
water and heat output, in a metal case and has a larger fuel supply.

                 3. The "PB-1 ", This unit is the same physical dimensions as the "Hot Dog"
except it strictly a cold water delivery system plus a waste water transfer pump.
This unit was specifically designed for use in the Middle! East.

These units will use only a fraction of the water to get the same job done as
conventional methods. This is key where water is at a premium. They all use
internal power and fuel sources or can use external sources,
                                I
Although Wolter is rather now to the military, we enjoy an excellent reputation in
quality and service. Please review the enclosed and contact
us if you have any questions. Also, if you have any other suggestions for
military contacts for other applications, we would surely appreciate our help.
Time is of the essence in the Mid-East situation, so let us know what we can do
to expedite matters. Thank you for your help and consideration.
                 Sincerely,
