               polyethylene material. This protects a@aii).st the permeation of bodv fluids and
               provides a cheYT)ical-resistaT)t barrier, It is recornme,,)ded in caset, of severe
               trauma to provide prote(:tior, of both patient and ba,-kboard5 frotil exposure
               to infectious bocfv fluids. Because of its chetiiical-resistant propertiQ@)@ the
               TRAUMA-SLEEVL can also be used to protect backboards from direr-t chemical
               contact.
