Iraqi operational re es. My focus is on the destruction of Iraqi
mobile forces and Ir artillery/missile delivery systems. I want to
bypass dug-ih infant henever possible to limit casualties and
maintain our:momL-ntum.1 I want commanders to be able to shift their
focus rapidly as I intdnd to issue mission type orders to allow
commanders maximum +le 'bility to exploit the situation. Lateral
                               "l@cations will-be critical to maintaining
          coordination!and commun
mutual support. I inten Id for the GCE to fight a rapid, fluid battle
that out maneuvers the 'Iraqis while the ACE attrits and delays Iraqi
reserves attempting to maneuver against the St'@E. I see the seizure
of the Port 6+ Ras Al OUlayah key to the sustainment of USMARC'CNT
Forces and the Port of Dohah key +or the sustainment a+ USCENTCOM
          Forces.
