                  a. 'r%), cessation of hostilities declared effective 0800C.
            Announced late last night by the President and later by the U.N.
            Coalition forces ground offensive lasted 100 hours; best
            characterized as a complete rout and destruction of thd Iraqi
            Army.

                  b. -(64 Retrograde discussions, planning, coordination, and
            actions commenced by ALCON. USNAVCENT still has a point of main
            effort which is mine clearing. USMARCENT's immediate focus is
            toward moving aircraft by numerous means (aircraft carriers and
            amphibious shipping) .

                  c.      USS Blue Ridge scheduled to return to port
            (Bahrain) on 2 Mar 91.
