                         (13)       enroute to QT 8733, 1/1 engaged two
              separate civilian vehicles, after receiving fire from them.
              TF Command Elements were involved in the same civilian vehicle
              firefight.

                         (14) '4115, TF Command Elements crossed PL Margaret
              and established CP (vic QT 857Z2l).

                         (15) 213C), D/l/I engaged an APC near the KIA, killing
              it and several Iraqi soldiers. TF CP received automatic
              weapons fire during this engagement.


                         (16) 2130, TF CED detachment Dias also involved in an
              APC engagement (vic QT 8730).   CEE, destroyed I APC, I jeep and
              1 cargo truck. During this engagement, CEB suffered 1 KIA,
              LCpl Waldron, of A Co, 7th Engineer Support Battalion.

                         (17) 2200, TF LOC established at QT 925@-37. The RAS
              was quickly established to care for the t-jounded.

                         (18) 230o, 3/9 breached K.IA perimeter fence and
              occupied a battle position (vic QT B73e).

                         (19) 2Z()O, all TF movement Dias halted by direction of
              Division.


                   9. G + 3, 27 Feb 91

                         (1) 0200, 3/9 Dias directed to pull back to positions
              outside of the @@IA perimeter fence. Visibility Dias near --ero
              in heavy smoke and darkness. The movement Dias completed by
              (-1430,
                    and a net.) defensive position established (vic QT 8635).

                         (2) 0800, enemy resistance had ceased in TF sector.
