         2. Mail from CONUS to SWA hRs consistently taken in e>(cess jl: 15
         -days. With the e>(ceptic-n of the last 5 days, the ma.jc.rity of the
         mail has been packages with little -.-r no letter mail. With the
         e)(ceptic,n of the first twc. days - the redirection -:-f mail to c@F.-cc,n
         companies has been smooth and timely with minimal rework. Mail
         pickup points were changed from Al-Jabail tc- Kabrit with .-@nly a 24
         hour break in mail service. The alleged halting -Df aLkdi-,.. cassette
         tape mailing to CONUS along with the voluntary reduction of packages
         from CONUS to SWA has had a negative effect on morale. F-lostal
         service continues to be an area of grave concern with obvious
         detrimental impact -in unit morale.

         3. LJnit Diary and SRB entries reflecting Operation Desert
         Shield/St-Drm participation as well as the Combat Zone status have
         beer) entered.


         4. Fitness reports and Pr.) and Crn marks are being completed in a
         timely manner.
