                                    AFTER ACTION COIMNTS

            1. Summary of Action:

                  This report details the combat operations of 4th Platoon, D Company, 3rd
            Assault Amphibian Battalion while in direct support of C Company, let Battalion
            7tb Marine Regiment.' Entries are In chronological order from the final AA to
            cessation of hostilities vie Kuwait City. All time are to the best of my
            recollection.


            G-1 Feb 23, 1991

            1430 - All vehicles staged as the trail element of Bn, all vehicles
            operational, platoon in a wedge formation.

            1700 - All personnel go to NOPP 11.

            2300 - Reveille, all hands.

            G-Day Feb 24, 1091

            0001 - Bn moves north, from AA -> AP, Bn moves in a V formation, platoon moves
         in a wedge formation.

            0230 - En arrive AP, all vehicles operational.
            0500 - Bn departs AP.
            0515 - Cross LOD with all 11 AAV'S.
