                      (1) Concept of resupply and method of distribution.

                      (2) Constraints.

                 b. Actual/Estimated ConsuLnLDtion. Current monthly U.S.
             military consumption by product e3i@r-essed in the thousands of
             barrels. (MBBLS)

                 C. Product Availability.

                      (1) Current status of U.S. pre-positioned war reserve
                 stocks (wholesale and retail) total.

                      (2) Total usable U.S. - owned inventory (wholesale and
                 retail) expressed in MEBLS and days of supply (DOS), based
                 on known or anticipated combat requirements shown as
                 follows:

                               ON HAND            USABLE STORAGE         DOS
             PRODUCT           INVENTORY          CAPACITY

                      (3) Estimate of in-country commercial products
                 available and national resources of host country.

                 d. Product/Slate Change Requirements: N/A to annual
             POLCAP reports. Will be reported in all update POLCAP
             reports. Format will be as follows:
