                  I  Serious closed head injury (wind blew helicopter rotor
                     blade at an angle and caused the blade to hit his head.
                     Intubated, mannitol and evacuated immediately to a
                     neurosurgeon. Died in route to 312th Evac Hoap of massive
                     head injuries.)

                     with fracture of the patella (treated surgically)

            admitted with injuries sustained during the battle and in the
