4. Destruction of self propelled artill onventional
means.
a. Methods for igniting slow burning fire same as for main
battle tank.
b. Methods for disabling engine same as for main battle tank.
c. Stack as many powder bags as possible inside loading
compartment. Close breech of barrel. Place exterior machine gun
inside of compartment. Spread fuel/oil mixture on floor and
remotely detonate. If using time fuse to remote detonation allow
five minutes of time fuse for safe distance. If destroying more
than one SP artillery piece, try to park side by side and back up
so that back hatch doors almost touch. Detonate all pieces
simultaneously using ring main.

6. Destruction of towed artillery using conventional munitions.
a. Place two or more M-112, C4 blocks around the breech
hinges. Objective: Warp or destroy the breech assembly.
Note: The use of TNT instead of C4 will require a 50% increase in
explosive weight of TNT to obtain an equivalent effect.
b. Place no less then three AN-MI4, TH-3 thernite grenades,
taped together, inside the breech and close the breech.
objective: Weld the breech block closed to the gun tube.
7. Destruction of towed artillery using unconventional means.
a. Slash tires if weapon is wheeled to increase difficulty of
any salvage attempts.
b. Damage/destroy all sighting devices and controls to
prevent further use.
