                    A '--: man team Returning f-.-orn Haf-ar al eaten sees the after-
              math of a vehicle accident.      t:@9th MPs are @---Ti scene, but have no
              medical supplies for the threp zasl-ialties. cFC. Richer and SPC
              C,aris, both certified combat lifesave@-s evaluate and treat the
              casualties.   The most critical has suspected concussion, back and
              neck injuries. The casualty was exhibiting symptoms of severe
              shock; weak , erratic pulse, short labc,t-ed breathing, and
              convulsions.    SPC Caris and PFI:: Richer helped treat for shc--:@@@,
              immobilized the injuries -and adrninestered and intravenous
              solution (IV).
                    A nurse at the scene stated that the MPs act'ons "Dio-finately
              saved the soldier's life." !3PC Caris and PFC Richer were
              recommended for ARi--,OMS.
