               ANNEX G (NUCLEAR, BIOLOGICAL AND CHEMICAL DEFENSE OPERATIONS) TO
               2D COSCOM OPORD 90-2


                       (7) (U) The designated subcollection centers will send
               a one time consolidated status report to the 2D COSCOM NBC
               division addressing the following areas as green, amber, or red:

                        Individual NBC protective equipment

                        Unit NBC Equipment

                        NBC Training

               4.       SERVICE SUPPORT: Annex 11 (Service Support)

                   a.  (U) Request support level decontamination and smoke
               requirements through 2D COSCOM NBC division.

                   b.       Request all classes of NBC equipment and supplies
               except class VIII through normal channels. Class VIII, Mark I
               NAAK and PB Tabs, will be requisitioned through the 428th MEDSOM.

                   c. @Units will maximize use of field expedient NBC
               protection a@d decontamination supplies and materiel.

               5. (U) COMMAND AND SIGNAL.

                   a. (U) Command. Basic Plan.

                   b. (U) Signal.

                       (1) (U) Annex F (Communications-Electronics)

                       (2) (U) Report initial enemy employment of NBC weapons
               by FLASH precedence through operations channels.

                       (3) (U) NBC-1 thru NBC-3 reports will also be sent to
               adjacent units whenever possible.

                       (4) (U) Submit all NBC reports IAW 2D COSCOM FSOP.
