           ANNEX D (Servicc? Support) to OPLAN 5-90


                       (d) Class III (pt,,g) available in limited quantities.
           Spot shortages exist. Ordering officers may purchase on economy
           if not available through supply system.

                   (4) Cl IV. Limited quantities in Log Bise A. Large
           shipments a-F srndbags, concertina, and pickets due to SWA early
           January.

                   (5) ci v

                         (a) Units deploy with small arms (.50 cal ind
           below) from ISA to TAA.

                         (b) Theater UBL to be published separately.
           Coordinate with Bde S-4 after arrival in Log Base A.

                         (c) Units will carry one set of UBL in weapon
           systems and one set will be stored in company trains.

                   (6) Cl VI

                         (a) Type I Sundry packs issued 1/100/week. Inititl
           issue after 30 days in country. Requests may be submitted early
           through Log Base A.

                         (b) Type 11 sundry packs available in very limited
           quantities. Issue is 1/25 -FemaIL-s/month. Use ordering officer
           authority until supplies increase.

                         (c) AAFEES unit-run PXs will not be operated lower
           than battalion level.


                   (7) CL VII

                         (.1) Report critical Cl VII shortages to Bde S-4.

                         (b) 2nd COSCOM issues from theaters stocks and
           POMCUS USAREUR stocks.


                   (8) Cl VIII. Resupply through MEDSOM locRtLd in Log
           Base A and Evac/CSA hospitals once established in Corps area.

                   (9) Cl IX. See ANNEX H.


               b. Transportation

                   (1) Request transportation support and march credits
           through 229th MCC/93rd MCT at Gate 35, Abdul Aziz Port. Buses
           requested through PSA.

) Report SP and closure to 7th Bde TOC.

               C. Services. Laundry to be established at Log Base B (KKMC)
           after Corps closes, date TBD. Laundry service only expected to
           cover- 30 percent of Corps requirements.
