          ANNEX D (Service Support) to OPLAN 5-90

          1. General. This annex provides information on CSS for units
          assigned or attached to the 7th Engineer Brigade. Units will
          receive support through 2nd COSCOM Logistics Task Forces (LTF)
          (when established) during the exercise. Prior to establishment
          of the LTFS, units draw support from Log Base A. Attached units
          draw support from units to which they ire attached; Rll other
          support relationships will be supported by an LTF.

                  (1) ci 1.


                        (a) Units deploy with 3 DOS (min) of MREs and
          bottled water -From PSA.


                        (b) Supply point distribution from Log Base A
          initially in sector, LTF afterwards.

                        (c) Units maintain 3 DOS rations and bottled water
          for duration of exercise. Notify Bde S-4 (Food Service) if
          required to draw from this basic load.

                        (d) Meal cycle MRE-MRE-MRE initially, T-MRE-T as
          available it Log Base A. A rations available after refrigerator
          vans have been distributed by 2nd COSCOM to VII Corps units.

                        (e) After wells are established at Log Base A,
          water will be distributed in 1-K or 3-K gallon SMFTs to unit.
          Bottled water will be used until wells ire established.


                  (2) Cl 11


                        (a) Units deploy with 15 DOS.

                        (b) Limited Cl 11 it Log Base A. Stocks expected
          to build gradually.

                        (c) CTA 50.900 items not ivailible initially.

                        (d) DCUs issued in order to: 2ACR, 207th MI, ZAD,
          ZAD, 1 ID/2 AD(F), Vil Corps TAC, 7th gngr. DCUs will not be
          worn until all soldiers in VII Corps have two pairs.

                 (a) Units deploy with full tankers, -Fuel ivailable
          through PSA.

                        (b) DF2 is Corps standard fuel. Substitutes will
          be used only in an emergency.

                        (c) Re+LxLl available at Convoy Support Center, Log
          Base A, LTF when established.
