             from both police buildings and surrounding neighborhoods, and
             delivered them to the EOD safe-holding area;

                  1.    Removed large quantities of Iraqi Army equipment
             (including over 500 sets of web gear, helmets, and gas masks) at
             the request of the Kuwaiti police and army. Made all such items
             available to CA soldiers as souvenirs and war trophies;

                  M.   Collected a large amount of weaopnry for the CA/SOF
             community for trophi@s and museum purposes;

                  n. Expanded the total effort to areas outside 6th Ring Road,
             notably Jahra, Ahmadi, and Fintas;

                  o. On police request, checked neighborhoods and schools where
             large  numbers   of   children   play    for  explosives,     removed
             approximately 10 tons of munitions and explosives, and provided
             CCATF G-2 with Iraqi classified documents.

             2.   Because Ahmadi totally lacked police, we commenced a civic
             action program there in order to ensure the safety of oil fire
             fighters and other oil personnel, as well as the overall security
             of Ahmadi. As part of this effort, and in conjunction with the KTF
             and American SF personnel as well as Kuwait Operations Center (KOC)
             personnel, the Police Assistance Team did the following:

                  a.   Established a coordinating committee involving the US
             military (CA, SOF, and EOD) and Kuwaitis from the KOC, Kuwaiti
             Army, local resistance forces, and local fire departments;

                  h.   Established an operations center to act as a clearing
             house for information of value to police;

                  C. Participated in 0900 and 1500 meetings to plan efforts;

                  d. Checked all schools and other public buildings for booby

             buildings;

                  e. Removed over 30 pounds of high explosives from well-heads,,

                  f. Moved abandoned Iraqi rolling stock to a central location
             (this mission only pa@tially complete as of this report);

                  g. Checked living areas with Ahmadi and Fintas for explosives
             and weaponry before allowing US personnel to occupy them;

                  h. Removed 5 tons munitions from Kuwaiti Army holding area
             for disposal.
