          3. (U) OPERATIONS.

              a. ARRIVAL/SET-UP: Due to extensive damage to the
Kuwait City international Airport, neither SOCCENT nor ARCENT

located at the airport as planned. SOCCENT is located at the

Kuwait Air Defense School area and ARCENT occupied a Ministry of
Education facility; both within three miles of the airport. The

brigade Task Force co-located with ARCENT and the 352d Civil

Affairs Co=and, and occupied a warehouse facility ideal for

          TECHINT and DOCEX operations.

              b. (U) INITIAL COORDINATION.

                  (1) The rapid fall of the city to coalition
forces impacted the intended flow of support. SOCCENT's plan for
unilateral U.S. operations has yet to occur, and direct

SOCCENT/Kuwaiti resistance interaction was terminated by the
CINC. SOCCENT J2 has advised they require no direct support.
