         SUBJECT: (U) 513th Military Intelligence Brigade Task Force

         Support To Kuwait City Restoration





         1.          SITUATION. In accordance with CENTCOM FRAGO 024 to

         OPORDER 91-001 for Operation Desert Storm on 1 March 1991, a

         513th Military Intelligence Brigade Task Force was deployed and

         established a multi-disciplined intelligence operating base to

         provide direct support to service central and coalition forces

         and U.S. follow-on forces committed to Kuwait City restoration

         operations.


         2.. (U) COORDINATION. Coordination was conducted with the

         following units:



             a. SOCCENT, (LTC Latson)

             b. ARCENT, (COL Flynn)

             c. INARDIV, (G2 & ARCENT LNO)
