(a) (U) Four nonmedical soldiers to man patient
decontamination line at BAS.
(b) (U) Sixteen non-medical soldiers to man patient
decontamination line at FSEs and MSB.
(c) (U) Chemical. casualty bags if available;
-otherwise use casualty blankets to wrap patients after
decontamination is complete.
(7) (IJ) Every ground or air evacuation vehicle/ambulance
must carry these c@Fualty decontamination supplies: one five
gallon water can filled with 4.5 gallons of water; a one gallon

is 72 hours (soldiers who are not expected to return to dutv in
less than 72 hours will be evacuation to Corp s hospitals). '
9- PYRIDOSTIOMINE BROMIDE (PB) TABLETS: At 413 hours
prior to H soldiers will begin taking PB tablets.
