            TO 11D.(M) OPORD SCORPION DANGER
                       (c) AWDUSTOFF helicopters will evacuate URGENT
            casualties from each FSE. DUSTOFF can occur at the BAS or AXP
            between the BAS and FSE if the tactical situation allows and the
            pick-up location is out of direct or indirect artillery range.
            That determination will be made by the Officer in Charge at the
            BAS or AXP. The standard 9-line MEDEVAC request will be utilized
            to request aeromedical evacuation (see TAB B, MEDEVAC REQUEST).
            Sufficient aircraft will be positioned forward to cover the air
            evacuation mission. 1022nd Medical Company (AA) will provide
            aeromedical evacuation support for Ist Brigade, and 507th Medical
            Company (AA) will provide evacuation support for 2nd and 3rd
            Brigade. A TOC from 1022 Medical Company (AA) will co-locate with
            128 CSH. A TOC from 507 Medical Company (AA) will co-locate with
            Zlst CSH. Be prepared to pre-position aircraft at PL VERMONT ASP
            to facilitate MEDEVAC communications. Subsequently, aircraft will
            pre-position at FSES. British LNO will co-locates with each of
            the Air Ambulance TOCs to provide coordination for employment of
            Puma helicopters for MEDEVAC support.
                      (d) or    Maneuver battalions must be prepared to
            extract casualties from within the lanes during breaching
            operations. Limiting factors to consider during this period
            include possible hostile fire precluding aeromedical evacuation
            and narrow traffic lanes requiring extraction of vehicles from
            .lanes to facilitate ground evacuation. Maneuver battalions must
            develop a detailed plan to properly utilize medical assets to
e casualties. Casualties occurring during the
            breaching operation will be evacuated by FSE medical company
            tracked ambulances pre-sited at the maneuver battalion aid
            stations (BAS) to AXPs located at the south exit of Breach Lanes
            Alpha and Papa (see TAB C Evacuation of Casualties during Breach
            Operations, South).
                      (e) do First AD (UK) casualties occurring below PL
            Vermont will be taken by organic evacuation assets to the 32nd or
            22nd Field Hospitals (UK). Casualties during the transition of the
            breach will be brought forward to Ist ID treatment tracks (M577s)
            stationed 400 meters north of lanes D/E (Ist Bde) and L/M (3d
            Bde). Treatment tracks will utilize medical operations net with
            appropriate suffix identifier. Casualties will be aeromedically
            evacuated to supporting CSH.
                     (f),,"    British LNUs will be stationed in each
            location and w  have linked up with the appropriate medical FSE
            at the initial FSB location in the FAA. Until the Ist AD (UK)
            clears PL NEW JERSEY, all casualties will be passed through the
            US medical system entering it at the BAS or AXPs of the maneuver
            battalion in their sector. BDE medical companies must provide
            IAD (UK) with grid coordinates of BAS and medical company AXPs in
            their sector. Ist AD (UK) will assume complete responsibility
            for evacuation and management of British casualties when its
