population concentrations.
3. Keep the collection system flowing to the major pump
stations,, or first by-pass opportunity.
4. Repair primary pump stations (the "Al' series)..

priority to the repair and operation of the sewage treatment
.plants emphasizing the following:
a. Primary treatment.
b. Secondary treatment.
c. Tert@ treatment.
6. The effluent reuse system as irrigation and perhaps
the use of secondary effluent for fighting oil fires.
7. Repair-odor control system.
