       LOGISTICS ISSUE NO. 31 Dental emergency Kit

       (SGHR ITEM NO. 212)

    DISCUSSION: Most dental emergencies could be treated with a basic setup of
    simple extraction and temporary filling instruments and material. This dental
    emergency kit could be hand carried to treat routine dental emergencies before
    the ATH dental clinic is operational.

    RECOMMENDATION: A hand carried dental emergency kit be developed and hand
    carried by dental personnel for all deployments.

    ACTIONS REQUIRED: Develop emergency dental kit.

    ACTIONS COMPLETED: Kits have been developed.

    STATUS: Recommend closure.
