      LOGISTICS ISSUE NO. 32 ATH Equipment Problems

        (SGHR ITEM NO. 213)

        DISCUSSION: Numerous quality problems with the ATH structures were experienced
        during sustained operations. Problems with tent zippers, floors, doors (spring
        closures and door stops needed), and inability to properly clean tents and
        liners.

        RECOMMENDATIONS: Each medical group with an ATH equipment package should be
        tasked to provide inputs on equipment problems. Forward problems to proper
        agencies to ensure corrections are researched. 

        ACTIONS REQUIRED: Review problems encountered, compile. and adjust TAs as
        appropriate.

        ACTIONS COMPLETED: TAs have been updated to address chis problem.

        STATUS: Recommend closure.
