  LOGISTICS ISSUE NO. 25 Payment for Replacing WRM After a Conflict (O&M)

       (SGHR ITEM NO. 106)

       DISCUSSION: AFM 67-1, Vol V, Chpt 15 provides guidance on management of
       medical WRM assets. Additional information and guidance must be included in
       the regulation for the following areas:

       - O&M funds will be used to replace WRM damaged or consumed in local exercises
          -- In joint exercises, JCS is charged
          -- Need guidance for conflicts

       - Anti-malaria/cholera program
       - Reuse/reissue of assets (CU/BW antidotes reissue policy)
       - Additional information on emergency WRM issue

       RECOMMENDATIONS: Update AFM 67-1, Vol V, Chpt 15 to include specific and
       additional guidance on management of WRM assets

       ACTIONS REQUIRED: Revise AFM 67-1, Vol V, to include needed guidance.

       ACTIONS COMPLETED: AFM 67-1 has been updated

       STATUS: Recommend closure.
