      DISCUSSION: MEDLOG computer system at CHs lacks flexibility during transition
      from stored (WRM) mode to operational mode. Transition processing time ranged
      from three to five days.
      
      RECOMMENDATION: Software changes are needed. Allow O&M to be charged only
      when supplies are actually consumed.
      
      ACTIONS REQUIRED: Review and change guidance for operation of MEDLOG system
      and accounting for consumption of supplies.
      
      ACTIONS COMPLETED: AFM 67-1 has been updated to deal with this problem.
      
      STATUS: Recommend closure.
