ex, NSN 6505-00-961-5508, 0.125 oz tube, 6254 tubes are
              at DPSC); neamycin cph      c solution (trade name = Neodecadrcn, NM
              6505-01-039-4352, 5 ml bottle, 2291 bottles are at DPSC).

              5.           ed basis of issue and distribution in AC)R:

                 a. About 750        Cal Agent Patient Trea       (CAPR) Sets in the
              ACR. Recmmend that 6 tubes of dexamthascne ophthalmic ointment be
              distributed to each CAPR set (750 x 6 = 4500 tubes).

                 b. Hold a set quantity at the @ for resupply. Your call.

                 c. Nat all the seirvioes have CAPR sets. They may have a requirewnt
