        Command Authorities will need rapid and irrefutable   confirmation
        of any use of BW in the CENTCOM area of responsibility (AOR).

                  Plea-se establish in the AOR by January 15, 1991, two
        laboratories, each with the capability to verify, by
        internationally accepted standard test methods, the presence of
        potential BW agents, These laboratories must be capable of
        analyzing samples received from various sources that are
        suspected of containing the following BW agents: anthrax,
        botulinum toxin, staphylococ@us anterotoxin B (SEB), plasmas
        tularemia and clostridi= perfringens. Theme facilities will ac-@
        as ref*rance laboratories and must have the ability to analyze
        samples as juickly and accurately as possible.
