        1. (U) References:

            a. (U) Meeting between DASG-HCD/HCL and DAMO-SWC, 6 May 89,
        subject: Requirement for Biological Warfare and Endemic Disease
        Vaccines.

            b. (U) Telephone conversation between MAJ Eng, this office,
        and Dr. Johnson-Winegar, USAMMDA, 27 Dec 89, SAB.

        2. (U) In FY88 Michigan State Department of Health (MSDH) was
        contracted to produce sufficient anthrax vaccine to immunize 100K
        soldiers (300K doses) at a cost of $2.196M. Request that efforts
        be initiated to obtain an additional 30OR doses of anthrax
        vaccine.

        of procurement intent provided that appropriate funds in
        Management Decision Package HSCB are available. Currently, funds
