        Pre-Brief on Tank Topic (21 Nov 90) - Update on Biological Warfare
        (BW) Vaccination and Production Issues (u)


        him.   I discussed this with BG Blanck right after the briefing. I
        will prepare for LTG Reimer an information paper on the issue and
        direction the Tri-Service Group is taking.

            c.  @Gen Vuono saw the bill for the anthrax vaccine and
        botulinum toxoid ($100M). He said that Desert Shield funds should
        pay for it and concurred that the State Department should be
        responsible for vaccine funding for allies and nonmilitary
        personnel.

        3. (U) No debrief after the tank session was provided that
        afternoon. There may be a debrief on Monday, 26 Nov 90.

        4. (U) Heard from COL Lewis that no money issues were raised in
        the Tank Session. BG Jumper (J-5) provided briefing.
