              VI. ACCOMP!.IStIM@NTS.     Since  arriving in tiie Kingdoiii of Satj(]-
              Arabia on 06 September     igge,  MACS-2 has been operational
              continuously for 3,664     hours. " The prii-iaxy TAOC was operational
              for 3,760 of those hours'at two"different locations. From 23
              September 1990 to 26 Dec'ember.'i99O, the TAOC was oi)eratioiial at
              King Abdul Aziz Naval-Bai3e (KAANB). From 30 Decombpr 1990 througli
