C. Daily Reports
1. The Marine Liaison will submit a daily report
patients to the I MEF Casualty Assistance office on or about
1200 hours. (During.24 hour operations, this report will
be submitted every six hours 0800/1400/2000/0200). See
Attachment D.
a. Patient status changes, i.e., guarded to
stable condition, etc. will be updated and reflected on
the next scheduled report. Again, make every effort to
contact unit/MSC.
h. if a patient is entered into the medevac system the
next scheduled report must reflect that he is "pending
medevac." Further, the parent unit must also be notif4ed
of this "pending medevac" status.
C. Changes of ward location of a pat;-ent should also be
reflected on next report.

1. When a patieit is ready to be discharged from the
hospital and returned to duty, the Marine Liaison will ...
a. Contact the parent unit by telephone to come and get
the member, or ...
b. Contact the rear area POC for the MSC, to have
them pick up the member (refer to Section 11-B).
