       for operational readiness at the unit level and embarked as part of
       unit organic supply per recommendations of S-3/NBC. Quantities
       above continuing unit requirements should be returned to servicing
       MedLogCo in CONUS.

            d. CANA autoinjectors are controlled substances$ and
       appropriate accountability will be maintained. CANA cannot be taken
       back to CONUS under any circumstances. See 4d above.
