Latest information we have, sir, on the I MEF AFOE, we
currently have four ships allocated, and based on information we
have from the west coast, they will have enough gear to fill up
six more. I don't have a total visibility, but the total is ten
ships coming out of the west coast. That's all I have, sir.

COL HASTINGS: Just a point on that.

COL HASTINGS: I just got a vote of minimal confidence in the
    system, period. Okay. G-2?

LTCOL BRUNN: Sir, in regards to the question on the LAV maps,
that was traced back through the Division down, and the LAV Bn
didn't know there was a map problem; they have been issued the

    maps.

LTCOL BRUNN: The P-For to SOCCENT went back again, and I rung
the bell there, sir. The answer was that their J-1 is working
the response and we should see it shortly.

GEN BOOMER: Johnson told me yesterday, no problem with it.

    LTCOL BRUNN: Okay, sir.

GEN BOOMER: They got some things that they would like for us to
do, how they address then and so forth. I told him no problem
    with that.

LTCOL BRUNN: J-2 conference yesterday, one of the topics was the
SOCINT up on the border. ARCENT was interested in going forward
also, and the SOCCENT J-2 rep indicated that they needed to start
focusing on other areas; so people seem to be moving in the same
direction, and we continue to work with the J-1 on a list of --
