                                   to support the movement a+ A Co, 2d Plt
                                   Team-3.

                              (b)  Be prepared to assist'in extraction of
                                   Company A, 2d Plt, Tm 3 by vehicle if
                                   neccessary.

                              (c)  Brie+ this FRAGO to Commanding Officer of 3d
                                   Battalion 7th Marines at OP 4 to ensure
                                   positive coordination. Dirlauth permitted.

                          (2) A  Company 2d Plt Team 3 (Main E-Ffort)

                              (a)  Occupy the As-sur ilarkaz (Vic OS 65762-3) in
                                   order to conduct recon and surveillance
                                   operations in support a+ future infiltration
                                   operations.

                              (b)  Conduct a visual terrain analysis from the
                                   As-sur Markaz of battalion infiltration lane
                                   2.

                              (c)  Use existing facilities at the Markaz,      to
                                   include the towers, to conduct your
                                   reconnaissance and surveillance.


                              (d)  Ensure that the Markaz is not occupied by
                                   Iraqi -Forces. I.+ occupied, avoid contact
                                   with enemy forces, send SALUTE report and
                                   wait for 'further instructions.


                     D.   Coordinating Instructions

                          (1) Time Line:

                              (a) 1430 -  B@iefbacl, to Bn S-3.

                              (c)  1630 - Occupy OP 4.
                                                          @lt Tm 3   move from OP
                              (d)  1800 - Company A, 2d
                                          to occupy As-sur Markaz.'
                          (2) See  Bn overlay within Bn CbC +or planned
                              battalion infiltration lanes.

                          (3) The  Mart@az will be occupied until notified by     Bn
                              S-3.


                          (4) Submit routes to OP 4 and to the Markaz to the       Bn
