            Appendix: (1) Bunker Plan

            1. Situation. To provide guidance on the defense of the
            Headquarters Battalion Camp from attack from the air.

            2. Mission. To organize and prepare the Headquarters Battalion
            camp for the contingency of attack from aircraft or missiles.

            3. Execution.

                a. Concept of Operation. Headquarters Battalion personnel
            will be responsible for contructing a bunker system which
            provide safety from attack from missiles or aircraft. The
            personnel will prepare to sinultaniously ensure accountability
            of all personnel is accomplished while mission accomplishment is
            maintained to the best of their ability.

                b. Tasks.


                    1. HqBn S-3

                       a. Organize an operations center to control the
            situation. Establish a C3 system within the camp to effectively
            give the warning and any change in the condition of readiness.

                       b. Coordinate closely all situations with the DSAOC
            and BAS.
                       C. Establish an alarm system.

                       d. Be prepared to sound a mass casualty alert or
            fire plan in order to salvage combat essential equipment.

                       a. Coordinate with S-4 to estimate damage to report
            to DSAOC.

                       f. Supervise the construction of bunkers in
            accordance with reference (b).

                       g. Ensure Command and Control can be maintained from
            HqBn Operations Bunker.

                    2. HqBn S-4

                       a. The Battalion S-4 working party will be mustered
            at the operations center whenever the condition of readiness is
           .changed to Alert. This working party will act as the principle
            force to relieve damage and casualities internal to the camp.
