             At present, we have only 3 personnel assigned. Additional
             personnel requirements are managed utilizing "Dual Hatted" Echo
             and Hotel Companies medical personnel.


                                 Whole Blood Management Program

             The Whole Blood and Blood Products program has now expanded to
             include making refrigerated liquid blood available at CSSD 111 and
             CSSD 141. CAPT Kellogg and CDR lacobs attended a conference at
             ABU Bahrain and onboard the USNS Comfort to discuss the
             availability of and intratheater movement of frozen blood and
             blood products.
