Subject: Sending technical teams from the base
plants to the units
In reference to the letter by the logistics department number 633
dated January 14, 1991, due to the requirements of the situation,
and upon an order by the concerned authorities, the directorate of
the Electrical and Mechanical Engineering is sending a team from
the baseÕs plants. In order to achieve the goal of sending this
team in the repair process, it is necessary to do the following:
1. When requesting to send a team, it is necessary to determine
the type, quantity, and location of the equipment that are
out of order as well as the type of failures to define the
repair responsibility, the number and specialization of the
team element, type and quantity of the spare parts that are
needed for repair, and the time that is needed to carry out
the mission.
2. Not to entrust the repair team that is sent from the baseÕs
plants with obligations that can be carried out by Electrical
and Mechanical Engineering elements in the unit, field plant,
and medium plant to save efforts and time.
3. The necessity to cooperate and coordinate among the repair
teams that are sent from the plants of the headquarters and
technicians who are in the unit and to participate in
achieving the repair of broken machines with necessity of
transfer if necessary and guarantee some administrative
requirements to the repair teams and follow up their work to
reach the goal of sending them as soon as possible.
4. Taking care of equipment maintenance in general according to
the technical instructions while paying close attention to
maintaining the benches of the equipment
Please take the necessary action thereto.
