Subject: Chemical Weapons Running Out of Storage

The S-shaped bunker located at H-3 Airfield and the four at H-3 
Ammunition Storage Facility have now been destroyed or damaged CW 
storage bunkers continue to be systematically eliminated, with 10 
of Iraq's 22 S-shaped bunkers now out of operation. Earlier, on 8 
February, suspected CW munitions handling was observed at the 
single S-shaped bunker at H-3 Airfield, as well as at one of the 
four S-shaped bunkers at Qayyarah West Ammunition Depot. Although 
this activity cannot be confirmed as CW-related, it supports the 
assessment that Iraq may be dispersing its CW munitions.
