the general area of Habbaniyah 33 22 00 N 043 11 00 E.  [   (b)(1) 
sec 1.3(a)(4)   ] These are:

a.  Habbaniyah I 33 32 50 N   043 ×37 55 E  [   (b)(2)   ] 

This is carried as a suspect CW production facility but is never 
known to have become operational.

b.  Habbaniyah II 32 28 50 N     043 39 00 E    [   (b)(2)   ]

This facility produces CW precursor chemicals, chlorine, 
phosphorus trichloride, and possibly phosphorus oxychloride.

c.  Habbaniyah III 33 28 50 N  043 47 00 [   (b)(2)   ]

This is carried as a suspect CW production facility but is never 
known to have become operational.
