(CW) facilities in Iraq (as of 14 February 1991):
A. Nerve Agent Production Sites destroyed at Samarra:
P-4 (universal production)
P-9 (possible Tabun production)
P-11 & P-12 (GF or Sarin production)
B. Mustard Production Sites destroyed at Samarra:
P-1 and P-2 in the lab/research area
P-8
P-10
C. CW Storage Sites destroyed at Samarra:
- one of the eight cruciform bunkers is destroyed
- others have sustained only superficial damage
- all three CW filling buildings destroyed
- both warehouses in filling area have been damaged
D. CW Storage Sites destroyed at Airfields:
Mosul - one CW bunker
H-3 - one CW bunker
K-2 - one CW bunker
Al Taqqadum - one CW bunker
Al Jarrah - two CW bunkers
E. CW Storage Sites destroyed at Ammo Depots near
Airfields:
Kirkuk Ammo Depot - two CW bunkers
Ash Shuyabah Ammo Depot - one CW bunker
An Nasiriyah - one CW bunker
Taji Ammo Depot - one CW bunker
H-3 Munitions Stor Fac - four CW bunkers
Qaygarah West Depot - one CW bunker
F. CW Precursor Production Sites:
Habbaniyah I - only one part of main prod bldg may still
be functional
Habbaniyah II - no longer functional
Habbaniyah III - severe damage
