Subject: Possible Chemical Weapon Firing

On 30 January 1991, there were reports of the firing of a possible 
chemical weapon at an unspecified target. Personnel were 
instructed to don their gas masks. Shortly thereafter, the element 
that reported the firing was taking cover in preparation for a 
chemical attack.
