Subject: Iraqi Chemical and Biological Weapons

In August 1990, Iraq had the capability to produce chemical 
weapons, including Sarin, Tabun, GF, and CS. It was believed that 
Iraq also had the ability to produce combat quantities of 
biological weapons, specifically bacillus thracis botulinus toxin.
