Subject: Iraqi Chemical Weapons Production

In September 1990, an individual who claimed to have worked for 
Iraqi intelligence indicated that the Iraqis were producing 
chemical weapons, particularly mustard and nerve gasses, at a 
pharmaceutical factory in the vicinity of Samarra.
